About the guest:
Michelle Chestovich, MD is
a family physician of 20 years, a certified life coach and a mom of
four. Her ongoing passion for physician wellness was
amplified by the unexpected death by suicide of her younger sister,
Dr Gretchen Butler in March 2021. She is using her voice to
raise awareness about the high risk of suicide in medicine,
in particular for women.

burnout in medicine and empowers physicians to take care of their
needs and mental health through coaching and
self-compassion.
She is
a keynote speaker on the topics of physician burnout and suicide
awareness and has a weekly podcast, Re-Mind Yourself, where she
shares wellness topics for physicians. She is honored to be
dedicated to the work of helping heal the healer.
